Profile: Cigna are leaders in the world of private mental healthcare. They contacted us to help them create a case study to highlight the importance of taking stock of your mental health even when everything looks great on the surface.
In order to achieve this, we recruited the help of Nathan Outlaw—one of the UK’s most recognisable and successful chefs.

Nathan rose to the top of the culinary world thanks to the relentless work he put into his two Michelin starred restaurants, one in Dubai and one in London. But success came at a cost. Critical stress levels and lack of family time necessitated a change. Thanks to his wife’s intervention, he sold his restaurants and moved to Cornwall where he could spend time with his loved ones and chase his passion for catching waves.
