The team at FRM have been looking forward to tackling their next Event Coverage video at this year’s Cardiff Music Awards, so we were ecstatic to be invited to come on board as a key sponsor for this inspirational event. From The Cardiff Music Awards website: ‘The Cardiff Music Awards is a project designed to promote, recognize and celebrate music in the Welsh capital. Its aim is to reinforce how healthy the scene is by getting hundreds, if not thousands, of people involved in one major honor roll for Cardiff music.’
This year’s awards will be held at one of the most up and coming venues in Cardiff – the TramShed. We’re particularly happy to be a sponsor of The Cardiff Music Awards, as we share a lot in common with them here at Fine Rolling. As Welsh start-up businesses, we both had humble origins,our teams are both made up of a collaboration between young creative entrepreneurs, and we share a passion in encouraging and rewarding the next generation of creative talent in Wales.
We chose to present and sponsor the award for Best Music Producer, 2018 as there is plenty of overlap with that role and the work we do at Fine Rolling on a daily basis. The category is a tough one – stacked full of talented individuals that each deserve to take home the trophy.
It can’t be stressed enough how crucial music is in crafting the kind of videos and Brand Films that we produce. A video is never really complete until you find it’s sound. In fact, on some projects, 90% of the time spent on post-production is spent trying to find the perfect track.
Our team will be there filming and presenting the award for Best Producer – so come along, have a dance and get your face on camera.
